Where is AI NOT showing up in my programme, and what is asked there instead?
The question. For each MSB programme, which of its job categories are AI-thin, and what do those postings ask for in place of AI?
Withheld
BLOCKED ON A DEPENDENCY, NOT A DECISION. This sits directly on top of discipline-ai-share, which is itself withheld until per-class F1 and support counts exist for the current classifier run. Those come from the 232-item human-coded gold set, which is drawn, assigned and reproducible but not yet coded: the ten-coder pipeline went live 2026-09-20 and is waiting only on PostgREST exposing the priv schema. This analysis therefore unblocks itself, with no further design work, once the TAs finish Round 1 and a validation run lands. Nothing here needs changing for that to happen.
This analysis is listed rather than hidden so that a reader can tell the difference between a question we are not answering yet and one we never asked.
What it found
The drill-down that turns the pitch deck's camps into something a non-IS programme head can act on. The offline version showed business-deep, hybrid and builder-deep camps at the college level. The live version inverts it: start from a programme, show its own job categories ranked by AI share, and let the user open the thin ones. The value is in the thin categories, because that is where a programme is deciding whether the absence of AI is a lag to close or a genuine feature of the work.
How it was computed
Per discipline, split that discipline's postings into job-type cohorts, compute AI share per cohort with a support count, and rank ascending. Opening a thin cohort shows the job-type-requirements profile for exactly those postings, with the AI-related column empty or near-empty by construction, so the comparison on display is against the same job type elsewhere rather than against the college average.
How to read it
Ranking by AI share invites reading a low share as a deficiency. Some categories are legitimately AI-thin and the analysis must not imply otherwise; the framing question is what the work asks for instead, not what it is missing. Small cohorts will dominate the bottom of any ascending rank, so a support floor is required before a category is shown at all.
